John's Creek Towne Center is a 300,000 + square foot shopping center located at the corners of Peachtree Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road. The shopping center is L-shaped with Big Kmart on one end and the Michaels at the other end.  The Staples is located at the turn of the shopping center as shown above. Also included with the shopping center was two out-lot buildings shown at the top and bottom of the picture. Gable Electric's scope of work on this project included all site electrical work, the telephone loops, the entire shopping center shell excluding Kohl's Department Store, both out-lot shells, and several anchor and tenant build-outs.  Gable Electric handled three of the four anchor store finishes including Big Kmart, Staples, and Michaels.
